Shipping
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped with the tracking number of the shipment.
Please understand that this processing time applies to ALL SHIPPING METHODS including Priority and Express Mail. In other words, your order will go out in the order in which it was received, regardless of your preferred shipping method, so please make sure you consider the ship-by date when placing an order you need to have expedited.
Please note that Priority shipping is EXPECTED, not guaranteed.

International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
I think my package is lost, what do I do?
Very rarely, a package can get stuck or accidentally re-routed, resulting in delays that can make it seem like it’s gone missing. We like to wait at least four weeks before declaring a package permanently lost. Thanks for being patient! Buyer is responsible for return shipping if a package is returned due to incorrect address information.
Tracking says my package was delivered, but it’s not there.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and that you are shipping to a safe delivery address. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may incur a shipping charge if they are reshipped. After we receive a delivery confirmation, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
